  1. This certificate is valid on select massage treatments on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
  2. This certificate is valid for one time use only by the Member.

  5. Reservations for the use of this certificate must be made 24 hours in advance at the Spa clearly stating the use of this certificate.
